YHG1型冶(ye)金設備標準(zhun)液壓缸
Y-HG1型(xing)冶(ye)金設備(bei)標準(zhun)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang),為雙作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)單活塞(sai)桿液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang),缸(gang)(gang)徑從40~320mm共有17種規格,額定(ding)壓(ya)(ya)力為16MPa,可以帶(dai)緩沖裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)。該系(xi)列液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)有13種安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)連接型(xing)式,除軸向腳架式外,安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)連裝(zhuang)(zhuang)尺寸均(jun)符(fu)合ISO6021/1-1981的(de)規定(ding)。活塞(sai)桿端螺紋亦(yi)符(fu)合GB2350-80的(de)規定(ding)。適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)工作(zuo)溫度為-30C~+80C,工作(zuo)介質為液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)油,乳(ru)化液(ye)的(de)冶(ye)金設備(bei)(不適用(yong)(yong)于(yu)磷酸脂)。





擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)是輸出扭矩(ju)并實(shi)現往復(fu)(fu)運(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行元件,有單葉(xie)片、雙葉(xie)片、螺(luo)旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種形(xing)式(shi)。葉(xie)片式(shi)式(shi):定(ding)子塊(kuai)固定(ding)在(zai)缸(gang)(gang)體上,而葉(xie)片和(he)轉(zhuan)子連接(jie)在(zai)一起。根據進油方向,葉(xie)片將(jiang)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)子作往復(fu)(fu)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺(luo)旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又分單螺(luo)旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)雙螺(luo)旋兩(liang)種,現在(zai)雙螺(luo)旋比較(jiao)常用,靠兩(liang)個螺(luo)旋副降(jiang)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)內(nei)活塞的直(zhi)線運(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)變(bian)為直(zhi)線運(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉(zhuan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的復(fu)(fu)he運(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong),從而實(shi)現擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
采用滾(gun)壓(ya)加工,由于(yu)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)層(ceng)留有表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)殘余(yu)壓(ya)應力,有助于(yu)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)微小裂紋的封(feng)閉,阻礙(ai)侵(qin)蝕作(zuo)用的擴展。從(cong)(cong)而(er)提(ti)高表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)抗腐蝕能(neng)力,并能(neng)延緩疲(pi)勞(lao)裂紋的產生(sheng)或擴大,因(yin)而(er)提(ti)高缸筒(tong)疲(pi)勞(lao)強度(du)。通過(guo)滾(gun)壓(ya)成(cheng)型,滾(gun)壓(ya)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)形成(cheng)一層(ceng)冷作(zuo)硬化層(ceng),減少了磨(mo)削副接觸表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)的彈(dan)性(xing)和塑性(xing)變形,從(cong)(cong)而(er)提(ti)高了缸筒(tong)內壁的耐磨(mo)性(xing),同時避免了因(yin)磨(mo)削引(yin)起(qi)的shao傷。滾(gun)壓(ya)后(hou),表(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)粗糙度(du)值的減小,可提(ti)高配合性(xing)質。
